How to pay with credit card

Prepare your credit card and input credit card information (credit card brand, credit card number, GOOD THRU and security code) following the instruction shown on the screen.

Your credit card information will be sent to PAYGENT Co., Ltd. directly and used only for credit card settlement. All of your input data will be encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) / TLS (Transport Layer Security).

PAYGENT Co., Ltd. is PCIDSS certified payment service provider. (PCIDSS is an international standard for credit card information protection)

  • You may use a credit card in the name of other persons.
  • Only a lump-sum payment is acceptable.
  • Your payment will be completed at the same time that you complete the procedure on the payment website. (A message "Payment is complete." will be shown on the website at that time.) Please note that once you complete your payment, you will not be able to cancel it.
  • On your credit card statement, "HOSEI UNIVERSITY" will be shown for this payment.
  • If you cannot settle your payment with your credit card, we recommend that you use other credit cards.
  • Applicants will have to pay screening fee for 20,000 or 35,000 JPY plus handling charge for 990 JPY.
